Return & Refund Policy – Core Vitality Apparel
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Because our products are made to order through print-on-demand production partners, all returns and exchanges must meet the eligibility requirements above.
How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for your return request.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item. Please email us at corevitalityapparel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
To request help with a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items that are new, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
We also cannot accept returns for final sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
